Gabe Young, nominated by Renee Hynes

Gabe took initiative to speak to the payee about a member who "mentioned" he had "maybe" compromised his Rep Payee banking account. Gabe reported to the payee immediaely and coordinated an effort to investigate the allegations. After the events were confirmed, Gabe assisted and collaborated in a plan of action to resolve the situation. The Team Leader was on vacation during this event and Gabe showed outstanding collaboration, initiative and took control of the event. Gabe did this out of his willingness to do what is best for the member. I was highly impressed by Gabe's professional attitude and dispostion while working with this stressfull situation.
