Mainstream Living was recently awarded a $4600 grant from the Des Moines Rotary Club. Funds awarded will be used to purchase specialized equipment for Mainstream's therapy program.

Mainstream Living has released it's annual Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) Outcomes Report. 

Mainstream Living received a $6000 grant from the Story County Community Foundation (SCCF) in an event held October 26th.

Immediate full and part-time direct care positions are available at Mainstream Living. Open interviews will be held on Thursday, November 5 and Thursday November 12 from 3p-6p in our Des Moines office and Wednesday November 11 in our Ames office. A $500 sign-on bonus is being offered to individuals who attend one of our open interviews (rules apply). Join our team of compassionate and dedicated professionals. EOE

Early in 2015, the State of Iowa announced the intention of assigning the Medicaid program to four private Managed Care Organizations (MCO). The contracts have been announced with changes being communicated to both providers and affected individuals and families. Mainstream Living will provide updates as we receive them from the Department of Human Services and/or the Managed Care Organizations.
