The Knights of Columbus (Ames chapter) has made a significant contribution in support of Mainstream Living's residential and community integration programs. Knights of Columbus is a long-time supporter of Mainstream Living and remains dedicated to promoting educational, charitable, religious, and social welfare works, rendering mutual aid and assistance to the community. 

Mainstream Living was awarded a $2500 community grant from the Rotary Club of Ames. Funds were awarded to support members in attending arts and theater events as well as programming to promote healthy habits. Thank you Rotary Club of Ames for supporting people with disabilities!

United Way of Story County (UWSC) recently awarded Mainstream Living with a grant to support educational programming at the Center. Funds will be used to purchase access to the Discovery Education system, an interactive digital learning platform. In addition, a flat pannel touch-screen monitor will be purchased to provide for an engaging and accessible learning environment.
