What brought you to Mainstream?

I had always had a passion for caring for people. I had a friend that worked for Mainstream and he suggested that it might be the right fit for me, and he was right. I've been with Mainstream now for over 13 years. I work full time with Tom and Johnathan, and have worked full time with them since I started.

How do you spend time outside of work?

Outside of my work at Mainstrea, I have another job as a licensed massage therapist. I also love being outside and go for walks daily during Spring, Summer and Fall. I enjoy gardening, knitting, camping, and reading. 

What is something employees may not know about you?  \

Something my co-workers might not know about me is that I come from a fairly large family. I have two brothers and three sisters. I have four nephews, eight nieces, two great nieces, and one great nephew. None of them live in Iowa, so spending time with any of them is very special to me because I don't see them that often. I love having the younger kids come out for long weekends in the summer, because we go exploring and have adventures.  

 

Favorite color: Green
Favorite Food: I love food.  Pizza, Indian, Thai, cheeseballs, pie, and brownies are a few favorites.
Favorite Song/Music: Classic Rock, malt-shop oldies, Frank Sinatra era music
Furthest Traveled: Italy.  I would love to go back to Europe and explore other countries.
