A Message to Staff

Across our state and country, we continue to see ongoing calls to action with regards to equity, inclusion, and justice.  We want to remind our staff that Mainstream Living takes great pride in being an organization that embraces diversity and inclusion. Diversity creates opportunities for all of us to engage, understand and respect others whose perspectives, values, beliefs, experiences, traditions, and world views may be different from our own, particularly those from historically marginalized and underrepresented groups.  We deeply value the diversity of our workforce and know that we are a stronger organization because of it.  As advocates of individuals with disabilities, we always encourage our employees to advocate not just for those with serve for for the people, causes, and issues that promote equity and inclusion.
