Immediate full and part-time direct care positions are available at Mainstream Living. Open interviews will be held on Thursday, November 5 and Thursday November 12 from 3p-6p in our Des Moines office and Wednesday November 11 in our Ames office. Early in 2015, the State of Iowa announced the intention of assigning the Medicaid program to four private Managed Care Organizations (MCO). The contracts have been announced with changes being communicated to both providers and affected individuals and families. Mainstream Living will provide updates as we receive them from the Department of Human Services and/or the Managed Care Organizations.
